REQUESTS FOR SCREENING DIRECTION AND CALL-IN OF PLANNING APPLICATION; SITE AT ROSS PRIORY, LOCH LOMOND
Thank you for your letter of 9 December 2020 requesting that Ministers call in a planning application for a global leadership centre at Loch Lomond.
As set out in my previous letter, I am satisfied that the development does not raise issues of national significance, and am therefore declining to call in the planning application.
I understand that the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority has resolved to approve this application, subject to conditions and the conclusion of a planning obligation.
I have also considered a Third Party Screening Request in relation to this development. My decision on that request has issued under separate cover.
